BROOK CHERITH SCHOOL, ENUGU on Tuesday 24th February, celebrated the OLD SCHOOL DAY. Highlights of the event was the dressing, every pupil, staff and teachers were dressed in the OLD SCHOOL way. Old school music were played, and lots of songs and poems were taught to the children.

A retired Principal, Mrs. Regina Elemi Agbor was the special guest of honour. She explained to the children the different types of disciplinary measures used in the old school days and now. She also taught them many old school poems.

Parents were also asked to dress in the old school way and there were also treated to school school meal of unpeeled Yam and red oil. It was really fun to watch these kids enjoy themselves and learning things from previous era.

SAVE THE CHILD DIAMOND FOUNDATION was at hand to interact with the kids and also teach them songs and encourage them to stay protected.

Kudos must be given to the school management, ably led by the proprietress, Mrs. Hilda Lemi Jonathan for partnering with SAVE THE CHILD DIAMOND FOUNDATION to ensure that their children are safe, protected and informed.
